René Heinz
René Heinz trained as a banker (IHK) at Kreissparkasse Düsseldorf. From 2005 to 2012 he was a premium-segment real estate advisor with Engel & Völkers in Santa Eulària, Ibiza, where he helped build the new shop and developed the island's east coast and north.
In 2012 he co-founded Gould Heinz & Lang Property Consultants S.L. in Santa Eulalia and led it as managing partner for fourteen years — sales alongside finance, marketing and the training of the office team — handling properties from €1 million to €30 million. Across both roles, his transaction volume totals around €120 million.
His clients have included entrepreneurial families, family offices, board members of listed companies, and figures from the music and advertising industries, from the DACH region, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and the United States. Since 2012 he has also been managing director of Heinz Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Düsseldorf, a family real estate management company. He founded Equinox Suite in 2025 for private business and real estate advisory.
